At Youth Outdoors we strive to ensure that all youth have access to a progression of nature-based experiences through community wide coordination of resources and expertise. Our aim is to build capacity to embed a progression of free, diverse, youth-focused, nature-based opportunities in the core work of outdoor user groups, youth serving agencies, and other sectors city-wide. As well as learning about the government, they learn embody the Y's core values of caring, honesty, respect and responsibility. Locally, all students from the Duluth area in grades 7th-12th grade are invited to participate!

Harbor Highlands Community Center

Located at 28 East Village View Drive near the intersection of Central Entrance and Mesaba Avenue, the Harbor Highlands Community Center provides programming in the Harbor Highlands neighborhood. In addition to being the office location for the Community Services and Camping Services Branches, we offer a variety of programming including Open Hours, and periodic special events. The building is also available for rentals for meetings and parties.
