What is MNsure? MNsure is Minnesota's health insurance marketplace, where individuals and families can explore, compare, and enroll in health insurance plans that suit their needs and budgets. It's the go-to platform for securing comprehensive health coverage through the state’s public health care programs and is also the only place to purchase private coverage and receive a tax credit.
Why Work with a MNsure Navigator? Navigating the MNsure system can be complex. Our dedicated MNsure Navigator is here to simplify the process and guide you every step of the way.

How to Get in Touch
Getting started with our MNsure Navigator is easy. We recommend sending an email first to request a phone consultation. Usually, this initial phone screening takes about 15-20 minutes and helps us get on the same page about your situation. If an in-person appointment is necessary, we will set up a time to meet at one of our Duluth Area YMCA locations. Reach out today!

No. Our navigator can help anyone who lives in the state of Minnesota.
Our navigator will help you understand this, but generally speaking – if you don’t have another health insurance plan (or an offer of a health insurance plan from an employer) there is a really good chance you could be eligible for coverage with financial help through MNsure.
Depending on household income, you may qualify for health insurance savings in the form of tax credits, cost-sharing reductions or a public health care program like MinnesotaCare or Medical Assistance.
Folks who have access to an employer health plan that doesn’t meet the affordability standard or whose household income is under the Medical Assistance income limits, can also access health insurance savings programs through MNsure.
And any Minnesotan can apply for a private plan through MNsure without financial help, regardless of income and access to other insurance.
