In these programs, we strive to create continually varying exercises with new, challenging, and functional moves.

Women with Weights is a progressive program that follows a 6-week plan designed for women who want to become comfortable with weightlifting, build strength, and improve confidence in the wellness center. One of our certified personal trainers helps break down how to properly use different machines, correct form, and describe the muscle groups involved while providing a great workout!

Rock Steady Boxing is a boxing program developed to improve the quality of life of people with Parkinson's.

The Week Starter is an intense and energizing way to begin the week. The use of various equipment like medicine balls, barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, weighted sleds, and tires in a station based- format will provide a full-body workout that targets multiple muscle groups while also improving strength, endurance, and conditioning.

Enrollment:
Feel comfortable with moving your body weight and gaining strength in a gentler way. This class will teach you how to use the Queenax as well as help you increase your strength and mobility.
Who: This is targeting our 55+ crew looking for fun new ways to work on strength and mobility!

When: Fridays 8:30-9:15 A.M. with Valerie

Join Certified Personal Trainer Valerie Morris for one workout a week designed to increase your strength and help you be comfortable on the workout floor!
Who: All women are welcome! If you are new to lifting weights or just wanting to learn how to utilize all the free-weight equipment, Beginner will be right for you. If you are comfortable with some form and equipment, check out intermediate!
What: 6 weeks of building strength and confidence
When: Meet 2X per week, Mondays and Wednesdays Intermediate 6:15-7:15 A.M. or Beginner 7:45-8:45 A.M.
Cost: $90 for members $180 for nonmembers

Bring the FUN back into your workouts with this hour long class. You'll learn many functional movements to gain total body strength and cardio in a small group setting. The 6 weeks are lead by Certified Personal Trainers to teach you safe and effective methods of gaining strength.
