ForeverWell (Active Older Adults)

Come and join the Y for some fun, fitness, friends, and learning! Active Older Adult programs accommodate a variety of interests and functional abilities of older adults. Programs include water exercise, strength building, stability gaining, yoga and stretching classes. The Duluth Y also offers socialization opportunities like cribbage & coffee and monthly social excursions.

Dance

For members at Cook County, our dance programs are a great way to stay active and express yourself creatively! A short introductory fall session will be offered each year to allow new dancers a chance to try the program or allow current dancers to prepare for the performance or competition seasons or try new styles of dance. Includes ballet, jazz, and tap for ages 3-adult.
