Active Together is a simple athletic program drawing from all four elements of fitness; cardio, strength, balance & flexibility. This class is great for those new to exercise and for the busy and fit who need to get it all in one class!

BOSU CHALLENGE

Locations: Downtown

This dynamic training device adds versatility to an incredible range of activities: cardio, strength and athletic conditioning, core training, balance training, and mind/body workouts. Not recommended for those with ankle support issues

BOOT CAMP

Stations, sports drills, circuits, interval training for muscles & cardio.

CARDIO STEP TOGETHER

This 60 minute energetic cardio workout uses the Step to train for power, speed, agility, coordination and strength. 

CARDIO KICKBOXING

Combines martial arts techniques and cardio. Build endurance, improve balance, and increase metabolism with this fun, challenging workout.

CORE FOCUS TOGETHER

Core Focus Together trains you like an athlete in 30 mins. Motivating music will guide you through functional & integrated exercises using body weight, weighted plates, towel & platform. Great total body work.

CORE CHALLENGE

Total body workout focused on core strength and balance using movements based on yoga, pilates, and more!

COREPOLE

Using this vertical device with resistance bands that pull out from the center to perform an unlimited number of exercises for a total body workout.

CYCLE TOGETHER

A 60 minute cycling experience brought indoors. Roll over hills, chase the pack, spin the flats, climb mountains and sprint to the finish!

CYCLE 30 TOGETHER

This workout will get you fitter & feeling better in only 30 minutes. It's as easy as riding a bike. Inspiring music, motivating coaching will get you to burn calories, improve muscular endurance & build cardio fitness.

CYCLING

The Duluth branch offers a cardio indoor bike workout using a variety of multi-level workouts with speed drills, hills and intervals on Keiser M3+ bikes, the best bike in the industry.

Cycle Together 

DEFEND TOGETHER

Defend Together burns calories & builds total body strength. Mixed martial arts movements done at a rapid-fire pace to maximize your cardio fitness. This is a high energy experience and 60 mins of fun!

H.I.T.T.

Boost your exercise capacity and fat-burning potential! High intensity interval training involves cycles of high intensity bursts with low-to-moderate intensity recovery.

Class focused on building core strength, strong bones, and muscles using free weights, resistance bands and balls.

STRENGTH TRAIN TOGETHER

Strength Train Together combines traditional strength exercises with functional training moves to make you fitter and stronger. The class uses an adjustable barbell, weighted plates & body weight along with dynamic & motivational music to make you sweat & take you to your personal best!

SILVER SNEAKERS CIRCUIT 

Locations: Cook County

This workout offers an opportunity to target muscular conditioning, low impact movements to target cardio conditioning, balance and flexibility using hand weights, resistance tubing, a small ball. A chair is offered for support, stretching and relaxation exercises.

TRIBAL BELLY DANCE

Locations: Woodland Community Center

A fun fitness-based Tribal Belly Dance class meant for all ages and all levels.  No prior belly dance experience necessary.  Includes warm-up, yoga cool-down,  technique drills and basic Tribal Fusion group work. Great energized and aerobic, core-strengthening workout!t.

WATER AEROBICS

WATER FITNESS

Water creates a unique environment for improving muscular and cardiovascular endurance, flexibility and Activities of Daily Living (ADL's). This workout uses shallow and deep water, music and is open to all levels.

ZUMBA GOLD

Locations: Cook County

Zumba for the young at heart, combines fitness and dance moves choreographed to lively Latin and other world music for a total  body workout.  No dance ability or background is needed and routines can be adapted to any fitness level. Ages 6 and older

Buti Yoga

Buti yoga is a Soulful blend of Power Yoga, cardio intensive tribal dance, conditioning and deep abdominal toning. This all in one workout tones and sculpts the entire body while facilitating complete inner transformation.

Fitness Yoga

An athletic practice synchronizing breath with poses, encompasses balance, strength, conditioning & flexibility for stress reduction.

Gentle Yoga

Focuses on slow stretches, flexibility, and deep breathing to help reduce stress.

Yoga

Yoga uses the practice of breath control, meditation, and postures that increase strength, balance and flexibility in the body as well as the mind.

Pilates

Locations: Downtown | Woodland

Precise movements to lengthen and lean muscles, core strengthening of abdomen, lower back, and glutes.

 

Silver Sneakers Classic

Locations: Downtown

Increase muscular strength, range of movement and activity for daily living skills. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a ball are offered for resistance, and a chair is used for seated and/or standing support.
