Rental Information
Looking for space for your next meeting or event? WCC rentals include exclusive use of the community room, access to the kitchen, tot time toys, and tables and chairs. Rental capacity is 40 people. Food and decorations are not provided, but are allowed to be brought in.
2024 Community Room rental prices are $40/ hour for Y Adult/Family members and $50/ hour for nonmembers.
Gymnastics Birthday parties can be reserved at the WCC through director Hayden Schulte!
Our DIY birthday parties include a 2-hour party of unstructured time, with 30 minutes of set up before and clean up following the party. The Y also provides one supervisory staff to enforce safety rules.
The price includes 12 participants, and all other children are $5 each. This is not charged until the business day following the party.
Parties are generally available to begin set up at or after 6:30 p.m. on Fridays, 2:00 pm on Saturdays and 12:00 p.m. on Sundays, however this varies each weekend. Unfortunately, parties are not available Monday-Thursday.
Beginning 2024 our DIY birthday party prices are $175+tax for Y Family members and $215+tax for non-members.
All rentals may bring outside food and beverage, with access to our kitchen space. Adult beverages (alcohol/THC etc.) are not permitted without a permit as we are a City of Duluth building.
