TRX Group Suspension is a 6 week progressive group training program that will push you to new levels of strength using the TRX Suspension Trainer and your own body weight. Throughout the six weeks, exercises and workouts will become more advanced as you continue to build strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability. TRX Group Suspension is for all ability levels and will help you to move better, feel better, and live better.

Session 1 Dates: September 9th - October 19th 
Session 2 Dates: October 21st - December 7th 

Full Format Times: Mondays at 11am with Jen M. or Wednesdays at 11am with Jen M.
Full Format Pricing: $40 Members $80 community

Express Format Times: Tuesdays at 4:30pm with Nora T. or Thursdays at 4:30pm with Blake P. 
Express Format Pricing: $35 Members $70 community

*Full format meets 1 time per week for 45 minutes with up to 15 participants. Express format meets 1 time per week for 30 minutes with up to 15 participants. TRX Suspension personal training is also available.
