The Y’s donor-supported scholarships and community programs are essential to ensuring continued access and opportunities for all at the Duluth Area Family YMCA. This community outreach would not be possible without the support of our major donors.

The Duluth Area Family YMCA provided more than $450,000 in scholarships and community programs each year to families and individuals in our region. Throughout the year, the Y will hold its Community Support fundraising campaign to ensure that everyone in the community has access to vital programs and resources that support youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility.

All donations over $1,000 receive an Advocate banner and donations over $5,000 receive a prominent Champion Banner which are displayed in our Y until the following year’s campaign. These major donors also receive acknowledgment on our website, social media, and the invitation to participate in key events.
