One-On-One Personal Training
Accountability to someone else increases the likelihood that we’ll follow through on the steps needed to reach our goals. With one-on-one Personal Training, it’s all about you. YMCA Personal Trainers will take you through a fitness assessment to test cardiovascular endurance, muscle strength, flexibility, and more. With this information and your specific goals, trainers will be able to create an exercise program that will be efficient and effective in achieving your wellness lifestyle. Workouts are custom-designed for you with attainable, challenging short- and long-term goals. Motivational coaching focuses on exercise technique, nutrition guidelines, and healthy living. We’ll help you identify goals and limitations, then suggest a plan toward improved health, fitness, or performance.

Personal Training Packages:
New clients receive 10% off of their first 3 or 6 session package. Valid one time only.
Tier I and II is applicable to the trainers duration of employment with the Y and is not an indication of their overall experience level. Tier I trainers may not be available at all locations.
Buddy Personal Training
Buddy Training is great for those who have wish to accomplish a common goal. Buddy training helps keep individuals accountable and on track of their training.
