At the Y, you are a part of a welcoming & nurturing environment where our nationally certified Personal Trainers will coach, motivate, and inspire you to achieve the results you have always wanted. We offer both one-on-one personal training packages as well as packages where you partner up with a buddy for additional motivation and camaraderie. Whatever your goals are, we are here for you to help you grow in spirit, mind and body. Personal & Buddy Training packages are offered for Y members only and expire 1 year after purchase.
Buddy and Small Group Training
Buddy Training is great for those who have wish to accomplish a common goal. Buddy training helps keep individuals accountable and on track of their training. Buddy Training groups can also specialize on certain types of training such as Kettlebells, TRX, and plyometric training.

One-On-One Personal Training

Accountability to someone else increases the likelihood that we’ll follow-through on the steps needed to reach our goals. With one-to-one Personal Training, it’s all about you. Workouts are custom designed for you with attainable, challenging short and long-term goals. Motivational coaching focuses on exercise technique, consistency nutrition and healthy living. We’ll help you identify goals and limitations, then suggest a plan toward improved health, fitness or performance.
