Parent/Tot-time

Free time for parents to supervise their own children while visiting and sharing with other parents. Toys provided. This program is held in either the Rec. Room or on the gymnastics floor.
Mondays & Thursdays 9:00-11:00am

Creative Kids

Kids and parents create an art project together. There is no age restriction as all ages benefit from interacting and creating something new. Younger children will need more assistance in the creation of projects. Cost: $3 Pre-registration is available but not mandatory. Maximum 10 participants. Wednesdays 10:00am-12:00pm

Cribbage & Coffee

This is a chance to relax and play some cribbage with others. We will have coffee available (small donations appreciated) and will have snacks available for a small fee. Grab a cup of coffee and get a game going! Wednesdays 1:00-3:00pm

Youth Recreation Night

Activities, fun, and supervision will be provided for youth; come by after school and hang out at the WCC. Activities include games on the Wii, Table Tennis, Foosball, and more!
Tuesdays 3:00-7:00pm

Five Points Y Style

The Five Points “Y Style” program is designed to encourage fitness, health, positive relationships and academic achievement for at-risk youth. “Y Style” matches youth participants with caring adult volunteers. Together they work on homework, build positive relationships and learn new sports and fitness activities. For more information, please call 722-4745 x142

Group Exercise Classes

YMCA at Woodland Group Exercise classes are free if you are a YMCA Member. Non-members may purchase a Group Exercise punch card for $40 for 10 classes or $70 for 20 classes. Passes are valid for Woodland classes only. To register for a class, please call Kelly at 723-3616.

Drums Alive:

Drums Alive is a is a workout routine with a contagious rhythm, banged out on a regular exercise ball resting on risers. It'll have you swinging your drum sticks, pounding your feet and spinning your body around that ball. Contact us for more information and to sign-up! Free to YMCA members. Not a Y member? Fitness Yoga:
Must pre-register as space is limited (723-3616)
A modern take on the ancient Yoga practice for a full body workout.  Using Yoga postures and Pilates movement, this class will combine balance, strength, and flexibility for a workout that will tone your arms, legs, and core, along with giving your mind and body the necessary and well-deserved rest and relaxation for stress relief.  Whether you have never tried Yoga, or are an experienced Yogi, you will enjoy the different spin this class offers. Mondays 5:15-6:15pm
