W.O.W. (Women on Weights)

This 6-week class is ideal for women looking to add variety to their strength training program and gain confidence to use the free weight area of the wellness center.  Each week participants will leave with handouts, new exercises and tips and strategies for proper form and technique.  All classes will be one hour in length and led by Teresa Zupancich, Personal Trainer.

Weekly sessions will focus on different aspects of strength training with free weights including:

Overview of strength training guidelines and safety Core anatomy and exercises Flexibility training Legs, Back, Chest, Shoulder, and Arm Exercises Tips on how to implement variety tools

Spring Session: March 17-April 21

Wednesdays 10:00 – 11:00 am

Registration Fee:  $60 (Members Only & Class Limited to 6)

Our group exercise classes are included in your membership fee. Some classes may require pre-registration as there is limited space.
