Strong Kids Annual Support Campaign
Every time you make a gift for annual support, you help the YMCA extend its mission to build strong kids, strong families and strong communities. Through the YMCA Annual Support Campaign, your contribution helps us to teach children to swim, provide summer day camp experiences, provide families with quality before and after school programs, and provide membership to those who normally couldn't afford them. Only by working together can we give more kids, teens and adults the opportunity to grow strong in spirit, mind and body.
Your Donation at Work
This is what your donation can do:
- $25 provides a youth with swim lessons or a parent/child class
- $40 provides funds for a child to participate in youth sports
- $200 provides a youth with a one-year membership
- $350 provides a youth with a one-week overnight summer camp experience at Camp Miller
- $500 sponsors a child for three months of after school programming
- $2,000 provides program supplies for an entire summer of Day Camp
In the past 12 months, the Duluth YMCA provided $400 Thousand in scholarships and programsubsidies.
